SeatFab ("we", "us") is an independent ticket price-comparison service. We do not sell tickets and we do not process payments — buying happens on third-party marketplaces. This policy explains what limited data we handle when you use seatfab.com.
Information we collect
- You don't create an account and we don't ask for personal details to browse or search.
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) may be recorded by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
- Search queries you type are processed in your browser to show suggestions; we don't tie them to your identity.
Cookies & analytics
SeatFab currently sets no first-party tracking or advertising cookies. If we add privacy-light analytics in future, we will update this policy and request consent where required. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Affiliate links & third parties
When you click through to a marketplace (e.g. TickPick, StubHub, Vivid Seats, Gametime or SportsEvents365), that site may set its own cookies and collect data under its own privacy policy, which we don't control. We may earn a commission on resulting purchases; this never changes your price. We also use event-data providers (SeatGeek, Ticketmaster) to display schedules.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. UK/EU GDPR, California CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold, or object to its processing. Since we hold little to no personal data, most requests will simply confirm that. To make a request, contact us below.
Data retention & security
Server logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operations. We use reasonable measures to protect any data we handle, but no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.
Children
SeatFab is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region), and we don't knowingly collect their data.
